✨ About The Role
- The Tax Associate Director will assist in preparing the income tax provision for Apollo's public company entities.
- Responsibilities include preparing Non GAAP and U.S GAAP quarterly and annual income tax provisions and disclosures according to ASC 740.
- The role involves reconciling taxable income per tax returns to the tax provision and preparing executive summaries of the tax provision.
- The candidate will assist with tax research and planning for strategic transactions and legislative changes.
- Contributing to the development of reporting and compliance processes, as well as internal controls and compliance with SOX requirements, is a key responsibility.
- The role requires modeling and theoretical scenario analysis to support tax strategies.
- The candidate will respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders, including Investor Relations, Operations, and Finance.

- The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience, preferably from a Big 4 firm or relevant industry experience.
- A CPA or a graduate degree, such as a Master of Science in Taxation (MST), is preferred for this role.
- Strong collaboration skills are essential to effectively liaise with partners and colleagues while also being able to work independently.
- The candidate should possess the ability to quickly convert technical research and interpretation into practical solutions.
