- The Sales Support Coordinator will provide daily support to the South sub-region Sales Team.
- Responsibilities include preparing, validating, and processing contract packages.
- The role involves using CRM to ensure account structure and accuracy of Sales Rep input.
- The coordinator will contact customers directly for data validation or inquiries.
- Assisting in the resolution of customer billing issues is a key responsibility.
- The position requires coordination with Sales teams regarding customer-specific issues.
- Support will be provided to the Sales team with reports, including customer and territory analysis.
