- The Sales Representative will be responsible for managing and expanding the customer portfolio in the assigned region. - The role involves staying informed about the industrial landscape and market trends, including new investments and competitor movements. - The candidate will ensure sales budget compliance in terms of volume, revenue, and margin through various pricing campaigns. - Monthly sales performance analysis will be required to identify deviations and establish corrective action plans. - The role includes collaboration with Product Managers and Specialists to stay updated on new products and applications. - Coordination with the Retail Area Manager (RAM) is also a key aspect of the job.

- The ideal candidate will have a technical background, preferably in Chemical or Industrial Engineering or Business Administration. - A minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in a commercial role is essential for success in this position. - Strong commercial insight and negotiation skills are crucial for maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio. - The candidate should be proactive, possess a positive attitude, and be able to work effectively in a team environment. - Fluency in Spanish is required, with basic English skills being a plus; knowledge of other languages is valued. - A valid driver's license (B1) and the ability to travel daily within the assigned area are necessary.
