- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned revenue and profit targets.
- Daily responsibilities include executing new account initiation according to set targets and maintaining a daily call ratio of at least 5 calls per day.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of sales experience, particularly in dealing with end users in the industrial or electronic market.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred, although a 2-year associate's degree or technical school graduate is acceptable.
- Experience in the welding, analyzer, or laser cutting markets, or sales experience in the industrial gas industry, is highly preferred.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and email communication, are essential for this role.
- The candidate should possess excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
