✨ About The Role
- The Sales Engineer will be responsible for meeting or exceeding new signing targets, with a goal of at least 4.5 contracts per month.
- Daily responsibilities include visiting at least 4 potential customers and submitting daily visit reports as required.
- The role requires adherence to company rules and regulations while maintaining safety standards.
- The position involves executing new account initiation in a timely and flawless manner.
- The candidate will be expected to work safely every day and maintain Air Products property within established procedures.

- The ideal candidate for this position should have at least 2 years of sales experience, preferably in a related field.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred, but an associate's degree or technical school graduate is also acceptable.
- Candidates with a background in welding and metal processing will be favored.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for success in this role.
- The candidate should be comfortable making 5 to 10 sales calls per day in a fast-paced environment.
