- The ideal candidate will have an engineering degree and at least three years of experience in reliability within production facilities.
- A strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance with legal and company requirements is essential.
- Proficiency in Continuous Improvement tools such as Process Mapping, Mistake Proofing, FMEA, and RCA is required.
- The candidate should possess multidisciplinary knowledge, including mechanical, electrical, and process engineering.
- A mature personality is necessary to manage a cross-cultural environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
