- The Process Engineer will be responsible for producing process models of plants and subsystems using Excel and process simulation software, preferably Aspen.
- The role involves improving existing process models by assimilating plant operating and performance test data.
- The engineer will analyze plant data to identify optimized operating regimes and strategies to meet commercial objectives.
- The position requires close collaboration with the Operations team to monitor actual versus advised operating configurations and parameters.
- The engineer will also be tasked with identifying root causes of performance issues during commissioning and early operations.

- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering.
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in a relevant field is required, with at least 5 years in a role related to process engineering.
- The candidate should possess strong first principles knowledge of chemical engineering and process modelling.
- Excellent communication skills are essential, as the role involves interaction with various levels of personnel, from board operators to plant managers.
- The applicant must have a strong safety focus and the ability to work independently while proposing solutions to problems.
