✨ About The Role
- The Lead Controls & Instrument Engineer will serve as the primary local contact and support engineer for all controls and instrumented equipment across the Uzbekistan Gases business.
- Responsibilities include preparing and leading project execution and control strategies.
- The role requires knowledge and experience in implementing and designing to IEC 61511 and 61508 standards.
- The engineer will liaise with other engineering disciplines, vendors, and peers to develop and execute projects.
- Participation in HAZOPs and LOPAs is expected, along with identifying and implementing preventive or corrective actions.

- The ideal candidate will have a degree in Chemical, Mechanical, Control & Instrumentation Engineering, or Electrical/Electronic Engineering.
- Extensive operational experience in a Lead Control & Instrument Engineer role is essential for success in this position.
- A strong understanding of plant instrumentation and safety instrumented systems is crucial.
- Proven technical and operational credibility, along with excellent interpersonal and influencing skills, are necessary.
- The candidate should possess a hands-on mentality and be capable of implementing change effectively.
