✨ About The Role
- The IT Applications Analyst for ECM (OpenText) will be responsible for requirements definition, functional design, testing, and technical support within the OpenText application.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to effectively interact with various stakeholders and enhance user experience.
- Experience working with vendors to implement new functionalities and enhancements is a valuable asset for this position.
