✨ About The Role
- The Baytown Production Engineer will be part of the Baytown operations leadership team, responsible for daily plant operations and safety compliance.

- The engineer will be responsible for maintaining P&IDs and ensuring P&ID literacy among the team.
- Developing and building strong relationships with operators and maintenance personnel is essential for identifying and addressing maintenance concerns.
- The role includes participating in customer meetings and engineering reviews to communicate and coordinate during plant upsets and downtime.

- The ideal candidate will have seasoned leadership experience in engineering-based roles and a desire to progress into operations leadership positions.

- Strong plant operating experience in similar plants or operations of similar complexity is required.
