- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential for effective collaboration across all levels of the organization.
- The candidate should possess hands-on knowledge and experience with HV & LV switchgear, protection devices, drives, and distribution systems.
- Flexibility in adapting to changing priorities and workload is crucial for success in this role.
