- The Career Development (rotational) Program is designed for entry-level chemical engineers with 0-2 years of experience.
- Participants will engage in a 2-year rotational program to develop their engineering skills and understand their areas of interest.
- Typical assignments include process engineering, plant operations, production engineering, project engineering, controls, and start-up engineering.
- At least one assignment will be based in a plant location, and relocation assistance is provided.
- The program has been established for over 60 years, offering a broad range of career-building engineering positions.

- A successful candidate will have a bachelor's or master's degree in chemical engineering, graduating between December 2023 and August 2024.
- Strong academic performance is essential, with a minimum GPA of 3.0.
