✨ About The Role

- The NERC Compliance Analyst III will be responsible for developing and implementing the IPL NERC Compliance Program. - This role involves preparing and maintaining self-certifications of assigned NERC standards. - The analyst will provide strategic support regarding the financial and operational impacts of NERC reliability standards. - Identifying process improvement opportunities based on incident investigations and industry best practices is a key responsibility. - The role includes preparing and performing training to support the AES compliance program. - The analyst will validate adherence to policies and procedures as part of AES's commitment to compliance. - Participation in industry trade associations and oversight organizations relevant to NERC standards development is expected. - The analyst will serve as a functional leader for regulatory audits and self-certifications.
